Terms of Service

These terms apply to all work carried out through Studio Asaf Yefet. By beginning the process, the client confirms they have read, understood and agree to these terms in full.

1. The service

The studio provides graphic design, branding and visual identity services for clinics and businesses in aesthetics, beauty and skincare. The scope of each project is defined in the proposal sent and approved before work begins.

2. Process

  • Work begins only after receipt of the deposit as detailed in the payment section
  • The client is responsible for providing all required materials within 7 days of project start
  • Delays from the client's side may extend the timeline accordingly
  • The studio reserves the right to decline work that conflicts with its values or visual language

3. Payment

  • 50% of the project total is due on signing — this deposit is non-refundable
  • The remaining 50% is due before delivery of final files
  • Payment delayed by more than 14 days may result in the project being paused
  • Prices in proposals include VAT unless otherwise stated

4. Revisions

  • The number of revision rounds included in each package is specified in the proposal
  • Additional revisions beyond those included are charged at an hourly rate
  • A significant change of direction after an approved concept counts as starting fresh and will be charged accordingly
  • A revision request is considered confirmed once approved in writing (email or WhatsApp)

5. Intellectual property

  • All copyright in the design materials transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment
  • The studio retains the right to display the project in its portfolio and on social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • The client confirms all content materials provided (text, images, logos) are legitimately owned by them

6. Limitation of liability

The studio is not responsible for business results arising (or not arising) from the design work. Good design is a tool — achieving business goals depends on many factors beyond the studio's control. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably, and if necessary, through the appropriate court in Jerusalem, Israel.
